We were attempting to deliver a 17' 3,000 lb swim spa in Texarkana but the telehandler we had contracted from another company was unable to navigate across a soggy backyard. Due to a miscommunication with the original rental company, a replacement unit was unavailable and we were running out of daylight. Becky at Riggs Caterpillar was able to get us a large excavator on site within an hour and made every effort to get us the lowest price possible.
