So I've had an ac unit sit for a week at their facility with it saying 3 times out for delivery and when it did show up it was completely busted up and leaking oil from compressor. Like why would you leave this at my door. Now I had something show up at 5 am on Friday at their facility and it should have went out since it was processed a little after 6 am and the trucks leave about 830. But once again just going to sit at their facility for who knows how long. I'm tired of a promised date and my products just sitting an hour away. Come on you weaseles out your raise now earn it.

Package was supposed to be delivered 23rd,24th,25th here it is Friday 26th and still waiting and nobody can tell me nothing but to wait...I will not use UPS again...and y'all posted the same thing to everyone's comments

I had an order that was supposed to be delivered today the carrier UPS said it was delivered at 5:38 no attempt was even made because we were home we were on the front porch waiting and no UPS driver even attempted to make the delivery so therefore I did not get

Ordered a small 90 lb fridge 7.5 cu ft and Ms. Stephanie said they couldn’t deliver it. Their weight limit is something like 100 lbs & they wanted us to pick it up although they delivered a safe that weighed more. Not to mention the first safe went missing and was showed received at their UPS Center Texarkana. Filed a complaint with corporate see what happens.

It's pointless to try and use any shipping tools with this UPS facility. Want them to hold your package? Even if you pay for it? How about they just ship it back to Shreveport, then back to Texarkana, then deliver it to your house, and keep your money. Store says it's open from 3 to 6? How about they leave a sign saying they open at 4. Need to talk to someone? Good luck finding a phone number. Don't depend on them if you don't have to.

I am in disbelief at how my package was delivered, I will never use Ups again. The package was ripped open, damaged item and pieces were not in tact. Tried to file claim online, but it rejected. If you can help it, never use the ups store in Texarkana, Arkansas

Don't ship anything time sensitive or important with these guys. They've had a package of mine for nearly a week claiming a "severe weather delay."One day? Sure it rained pretty hard one day this week. The rest of the week it's been clear or lightly raining- it shouldn't be that hard.This has happened at least the last few times I've had packages shipped through UPS. And you can't contact anyone either! I've tried multiple times to get someone to actually answer the phone but I keep getting a machine telling me that "I can't be connected with a representative."I know they'll just put a cookie-cutter response on here that they will get back to me or anyone else having issues but I seriously, seriously doubt it will be any different than my current experience.Zero stars if I possibly could but I can't so one will have to do.

Ever since I started getting deliveries from this UPS store I have had problems. "Arrived at UPS facility, Texarkana, AR." "Out for delivery." "Delayed in transit." "Arrived at UPS facility, Texarkana, AR (again)." "Out for delivery." "Arrived at UPS facility, Texarkana, AR (for the 3rd time). Where is my delivery? Why does it keep "arriving at the facility" and never get delivered? Also, on one of my deliveries that actually made it, had a lady delivery person who had difficulty getting down my drive. That was the most foul-mouthed, rude, angry delivery person I've ever encountered. Glad my children were indoors so they did not have to hear her foul language she was screaming at the top of her lungs. UPS needs to do something about this facility. I've read other reviews and seems we all have the same issues. I will go around the world to avoid having anything shipped to or from this facility. Shame on you UPS. And don't ask me to contact you via social media. I'm not on social media. You should have some other form of contact besides social media.

Per the usual....my package was due to arrive 4days ago....driver showed up WITHOUT my package at 8pm on the specified date...left stating it would arrive tomorrow.....NOT. tracking is a joke...how does this global company survive so long with such a substandard service

1 in 10 deliveries actually arrives at my house . We have to go all over our neighborhood to get our packages and the customer service argues with you instead of helping , insisting that you are blind or just wrong in saying that you haven't received your packages. Home all day no ups delivery ever .

It was a quick, simple and flawless pick up at the center. I had to pay to have my package held at the center. The package was over $700 and fragile, that's the only reason I was willing to pay for this package to be held at the customer center. Lately, all of my packages shipped via UPS have been showing out for delivery for several days at a time. Each delivery says it'll be delivered by 9pm and never gets delivered. I know this is just a Texarkana issue.I've never had packages repeatedly show "out for delivery" and never show. Im in the city limits on Summerhill, there are no long drive ways, animals, inclemate weather or difficult pathways that would obstruct delivery drivers. There's never a cause listed for the delay. I will not have another package mailed to my home in Texarkana via UPS again. Now, I have one last package thats less expensive yet fragile im waiting on. Im sure, I'll have to pay to get it held as well. I'd rather them hold all packages rather than give false "out for delivery" status updates. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and ridiculous.

I had difficulty with a package that was an Amazon issue. The customer service personnel helped me so much and even stayed about 10 minutes after closing to help finish things up and get the shipment out in time for the deadline. :)
