Completely unprofessional, and he is not a nice person at all. I had a simple question, and he acted like a complete jerk over the phone. I do not recommend him for his customer service.

I tried to ask for hourly rates, and he completely brushed me off and was unwilling to cooperate. He acted like a complete jerk, and he was very unprofessional. All I was asking for was a price per hour for his services, and he was too stuck up to even cooperate.

I tried to ask for hourly rates over the phone, but he was unwilling to assist me. He acted very unprofessional, and was unwilling to answer a simple question regarding his business. He completely brushed me off and wasted my time.
