Gave them another chance after problems a few months ago. Again, I dropped off packages here and after a week the tracking showed they never moved from this location. I never have this problem with any other USPS location.
I’ve have issues with every package I’ve dropped off here over the past year.

Love going to this post office. The people there are great and very helpful. I did not know how to properly ship a package and the lady, who I think was named Piper, walked me through it. If you need a kind and fast post office go to the Tonitown one!

The Tontitown Post Office is a gem! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to help, especially Piper. Every time I visit, I’m met with prompt service and a welcoming attitude. Whether I’m mailing a package, picking up a letter, or just need assistance, they handle everything professionally and with a smile.
The post office itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate how smoothly everything runs, even during busy hours. It’s clear that the employees take pride in their work and genuinely care about the community they serve.

Always the worst experience at this post office.
I ship hundreds of packages a month and the only time I ever have trouble is if I drop off here.
The two women working there are never friendly or helpful.

Jeanine and Robert were very kind and thoughtful while helping me to ship a fragile package and made sure that I understood all of the delivery procedures and making certain that the contents of my package were secure. This is a great location, and I would recommend them for anything you needed shipped!

Yeap!!! Customer service is not friendly at all. Is like someone force them to be there !! Or they may not get enough hours of sleep .
