I'd give 0 stars if I could.
They don't know how to fill a prescription when it's sent over from the doctors office. I've had medication sit for a few days yet they still need an hour to get it filled. I've called 4 hours ahead of time so that they would get it ready and still be told it'd be 40 minutes at the window when I get there to pick it up.
If you ever need a transfer done to move the medicine to a different pharmacy, they'll make sure you wait all day long, after telling you it's ready, before they will finally release everything to have it sent somewhere else.
Rude employees.
Long wait times.
Always have to call for them to do anything, they won't do it when it comes through on their end unless you call.
Used to be an okay pharmacy until about March, don't know what happened.
Won't use ever again.
Once again, my doctor accidentally sent my medications here. At 9 am this morning. It's 12:30 and they haven't even processed my medication to start getting it ready. So I once again had to call walmart pharmacy to pull them just so I can make sure I have my medication today. Knowing they will probably take all day just to release my stuff like they did this past time with my sons medication.
You guys really need to get it together.

Great Staff! Great place! I love coming in here, everyone is always soo friendly and can always answer all of my medication questions. Also, everyone is soo quick and i'm typically in and out in just a few mins! If you are looking for a new pharmacy with friendly faces, visit Express Rx of Trumann! They are awesome!.. so glad I did!

Pharmacist Bill Bond is AWFUL. He is rude, condescending, and out right laughed and made fun of me for the medication I had to get for fertility treatment. He has no business being a pharmacist.

4 months ago was a geart pharmacy, but last few months it's a terrible customer service , how long does it really take to count to 30 changing pharmacy ASAP

I usually give this pharmacy five starsjust about everyone in there is so friendly but they have one cashier that is very rude anytime I've ever went in there whether I had her or not whether she was waiting on me or not I've heard her be rude to others.I know there is a mask mandate on but most of the places you go it is a choice whether you wear one or not she throws a mask at me after I answer her question to tell her what prescription I'm needing mind you I have been going in this pharmacy the whole time without a mask and I asked her what is this for and she says you have to wear one not nicely I may add I was not asked to put it on when I explained to her that I have not been told or ask to put one on all the months I've been coming in there I asked her where when did this start she says it's on the door when and if I go back I will use the drive-thru or request a different cashier. She is seriously the only person that has ever been rude to me in the five years that I've been doing business there they seriously need to monitor her job performance

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, I had 10 days left in tell I go back to the Dr On the 5th and 12 pills left at one a day and they would not give me my medicine.The pharmacist was one of the rudest and disrespectful men I have ever met, then on top of it all they lie to my wife and tell her I didn’t have any left to feel. I am getting sick because I don’t have my meds maybe I can call the supervisor or my Dr tomorrow and figure something out
