Pharmacist Bill Bond is AWFUL. He is rude, condescending, and out right laughed and made fun of me for the medication I had to get for fertility treatment. He has no business being a pharmacist.

Usually a decent pharmacy. Usually being the key word there. The new workers and company that they have now is absolutely ridiculous. Having to wait over 3 hours for 2 prescriptions to be filled, and then one of them not being filled at all. Then they argue with you now on information you have given them 3 times. Have never had problems like this before this year.

4 months ago was a geart pharmacy, but last few months it's a terrible customer service , how long does it really take to count to 30 changing pharmacy ASAP

I usually give this pharmacy five starsjust about everyone in there is so friendly but they have one cashier that is very rude anytime I've ever went in there whether I had her or not whether she was waiting on me or not I've heard her be rude to others.I know there is a mask mandate on but most of the places you go it is a choice whether you wear one or not she throws a mask at me after I answer her question to tell her what prescription I'm needing mind you I have been going in this pharmacy the whole time without a mask and I asked her what is this for and she says you have to wear one not nicely I may add I was not asked to put it on when I explained to her that I have not been told or ask to put one on all the months I've been coming in there I asked her where when did this start she says it's on the door when and if I go back I will use the drive-thru or request a different cashier. She is seriously the only person that has ever been rude to me in the five years that I've been doing business there they seriously need to monitor her job performance

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, I had 10 days left in tell I go back to the Dr On the 5th and 12 pills left at one a day and they would not give me my medicine.The pharmacist was one of the rudest and disrespectful men I have ever met, then on top of it all they lie to my wife and tell her I didn’t have any left to feel. I am getting sick because I don’t have my meds maybe I can call the supervisor or my Dr tomorrow and figure something out

Honestly, my whole family dreads going to this pharmacy because we know there's either going to be a long wait time, a rude worker, or a problem with getting a medication filled.

I've used this pharmacy since before Gary sold it. They are good and convenient but since Gary's gone they're not as nice as they once were. They have new pharmacists who are all very rude. Even the ladies who answer the phone aren't as kind as they used to be. And Zeus help you if you need a controlled substance! They treat you as if you're a drug addict. Kris, the head pharmacist is nice though. And, their delivery driver Brenda is as sweet as pie.
