Recently purchased a vehicle from Central. I felt I was treated fairly as much as I dread the process. Christopher and Dustin were fantastic to deal with and I was in and out quickly with a trade in and brand new Expedition. UPDATE: Just had my first service at the shop. The 5 star rating remains and well deserved, quick and professional!

I purchased a new truck from Chris,drove an hour and a half to get there,told them on phone to get the truck cleaned up.When I got there the truck was not clean,I said I thought you were going to clean it up and he said if you saw my clean up guy you would understand!!! The guy doing paperwork got mad because I didn’t buy the extended warranty!! He kept saying if I get the price lower will you take it,I said no.I could tell it was pissing him off.I had to call them 3 times to get my paperwork mailed to me!! I was told by Chris that he put me 200 reward points on my ford pass!! Never got any points and he won’t return my call !! Please don’t buy from Central Ford !!!

Jason Jamison made getting a new truck the easiest process. He had everything ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The truck was waiting on me, instead of me waiting on them. He was able to get me approved, and even got my payments where I wanted them to be. If you need a new ride Jason is the one to call! He is unlike other salesmen that I have dealt with in the past. My family will definitely use him again for future purchases. Thank you Jason for your hard work!

Call Monday 3/11/2024 pricing front brake job for my truck. Gave all info on my truck. They said it would be $165.00, I asked about rotors, he said its included. I sent to appointment. Got there day later for my appointment, they finished just under 2 hours. Went to pay, invoice was over $300.00. I said i was priced day before $165.00. He went to service manager, came back with new invoice $262.63, I said again I was priced $165.00. I paid the $262.94. Be aware they have very incompetent people working. And if you call for price you will be charged something different when you get there. Don't give me a price and when I pay go up almost $100.
Complete front brake service with matching rotors turned front rotors and replace brake pads. No other problems.
Train you people better!

I've been without my car since September after having the engine replaced in August. I had the car back 3 days and the battery was completely dead. When I took it here they replaced the battery(never testing for any other causes. Come to find out after the new battery was put in the car wouldn't shutdown. They took the battery off to find the battery housing was melted, along side a wiring's harness, and a burnt out junction box. Their "finding" on a cause was corrosion on a harness behind the alternator. I'm not an expert but that didn't sound right, but after being turned down from warranty and insurance and then the dealership was going to have my car and me returning the loaner to have no way to wor. Well at this point another ford dealership stepped up had my vehicle towed and a loaner ready. After 36 hours of having the car they found the root cause in a cooling fan that was burnt out and drawing the battery dead. This was covered by warranty. If the mechanic at Central was doing their job properly this could have been taken care of by the end of September with me not having been stressed out and being ran ragged with phone tags.

Received excellent service and feedback from Central Fords Service Department. My service advisor Todd communicated with me throughout the whole process of replacing my fuel system on my Ford F-250. Todd also introduced me to the service technician who preformed all the work who went over a few suggestions to get the best performance out of my vehicle. Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on things I’ve never even thought of. The service manager Mike also came out to introduce his self and offered me free pickup and delivery on all my service needs. I wish there was a way to give them more than 5 stars because they deserve thanks again!

When every Ford dealership in Memphis and Desoto County was to busy to get my car in I went to Central Ford. They fixed my car, in a timely manner and communicated with with me about everything. Very highly recommend their service department. Well worth the extra mile.
