I ordered a Rage fab radiator grille cover, and a sound bar with there brackets from them. I got my sound bar and brackets I have been very pleased with them. But I never got the radiator grille cover. I am a local customer. I called and asked about it a few times but felt like I was bugging them so I let it go. That has been since June of 2024. Maybe if you order from there website you would have better luck. From what I can tell they have high quality products. No complaint on that part.

Takes 10 plus days for them to even ship out 2 common items. Customer service is terrible barely get a response and thats if they answer you at all

I ordered a black pair of the speaker and light bar mount and the powder coat came in chipped and I called customer service and they sent me a brand new set for free on the next truck that left from their warehouse

Hands down best doors on the market customer service was solid. On my install I messed up a latch due to over tightening so I called to order one 5 mins later its done and in the mail. Highly recommend these guys

I recently purchased the Roll bar rear winch bar and mount. I couldn’t be happier, the fit was perfect, the installation was 4 bolts and took 15 minutes. The value was amazing I shopped hard and couldn’t find anything that was better. By the time I tried to fabricate something it was almost the same price.

Customer service was amazing, I called and changed my order and got a lot of help picking the right mount. Definitely great service. Will be ordering other products from them. They didn’t have the mount in the color I ordered but got it powder coated and shipped within 24 hours.

I purchased a rear hitch/ winch receiver for a X3. The product came and I was impressed overall. But no care in the finished product. Everywhere was sharp edges and lots of excess metal from where they made holes. Second, I paid an extra 20 dollars for shipping via USPS vs FedEx. They shipped it via FedEx anyways and then I get a brokerage bill for 50 extra bucks. Tried to contact via website contact us no reply, sent email to a Ronnie who asked about feedback and satisfaction and no reply now for over two weeks. I will not buy from these guys ever again or recommend them to anyone.
