Had a new battery installed, got home would not restart, jumped it and it started. Sat in my carport for a week. Had it jump pack started and taken to mechanic and they said whoever installed it didn’t tighten connections. Cost me $60.23 for the jump start and 30 for diagnostic check. Good battery, good starter, good alternator poor installation at Advance. Yes I should have checked connections myself but I’m an old man with poor eyes.

I came here to buy a head light. The "worker" was sitting on the counter playing with his phone. He said they won't install it for me. I left. He went back to earning his hourly wage. What happened to service...and paid employees caring about customers??
