I took my truck in twice to try to get a diagnostic. They did not do a full and correct diagnostic either time. Based on their terrible feedback we wasted hundreds of dollars replacing parts.After taking my truck to a different shop, we found out right away it is not even misfiring, which we would have known if you had done a proper doagnostic in the first place.Based on the other shops real investigation into the issue we know its a transmission problem and can actually get it fixed.The staff here are deeply incompetent and cover up their lack of knowledge by trying to scam you into paying for marked up parts that dont even need to be replaced.
