The guy that manages this store is an absolutely kind man. The employees he hires are young but they do really good with me. They have gone late past closing time before to get me in an emergency phone. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I have had the worse experience from this store and as of right now with management. Corporate will not pay for this independent company mess up so they have to pay out of pocket. Stephen the manager was supposed to take care of this matter. But nothing has been done to take care of a $1300 phone bill, that was supposed to be under $300. I will be posting in detail of my experience with this store in 3 to 5 business days and how they handled the situation. If I could've left a message here without giving any stars I would've. As of right now I give zero stars. Let's see what they get in 3 to 5 days.

I can't say enough about how helpful Bree was in the purchase of a new Samsung s23 Plus. She was patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable! She deserves recognition for the job she does. That was my experience. Good job Bree!

We came in at 5:15 to get our phones upgraded and realized they closed at 6:00. We apologized for walking in last minute and the manager Stephen was still willing to help us out and allow us to do our upgrade process. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout our visit, he even stayed over after closing the store to make sure our information transferred to our new phones and make sure we didn’t have any issues. We are always satisfied at this location!

My phone had stopped receiving texts, calls and I was unable to call out. William was able to find the problem and had me back in business in short order. He was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. Great job!

I bought an iPad for my daughters Christmas present. I was misinformed about the service plan. I was told this service plan would be able to text and face time. I am an android user, I am not able to message my daughter on her iPad because the "text" message is only for iMessages apparently. The manager, Stephen knew I was an android user and even stated "yes you can text, I text my daughter who is also an android user". Which is only the case if there is a iPhone connected to the iPad service. But since we are android users this does not work for us. I pay for a full service phone line with half of it's abilities. Your management team needs to know all their facts before informing Customers.I went to try to fix the issue, I was offered a switch to an android tablet, here's the thing I have already purchased a 40$ iPad app and 12$ app for this thing that I would also be out of pocket on if I did switch.I'm a long time customer since it was Cingular, I feel taken advantage of during the holiday season for quota or commission.
