Got timing belt changed. Decent turnaround time. They didn't have old belt to show me so that felt very off. Very unlikely the two are related but my shifter cable came loose the next day. There was an older man that answered the phone that talked me through some of what I already knew but he didn't get defensive when I posed the question if it could have been related.

I've used AutoCare for a while for oil changes and basic service needs. They've always been great!! Had a shield panel under the car start dragging. They were able to replace the part quickly and economically!! They really are awesome!!! I'd recommend them!!!

The car repair was completed efficiently; however, I encountered significant issues with their payment processing method, which seemed to be somewhat manipulative in attempt to increase charges. Additionally, the phone service was unreliable, making it difficult to obtain updates. As a result, I found myself frequently checking in daily to confirm the status of my vehicle.

Lee, Brent and the whole staff at Auto Care never fail when I bring in any type of vehicle, anything from carburetor work, vacuum lines, alignments, and you name it. New or old vehicles welcome. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a pleasure to do business.

Replaced the wrong part and charged me to look it over. I told them the exact piece, pointed and explained. But still refused to listen to me. Ended up wasting my money and still needing the part. All for nothing. Never go here, scammed me out of money. Just wanted proper service.

We had a terrible service,probably one of the worst in my life,I had my wife take in her vehicle for a simple tune up, and front end repair, got it back and blew out a spark plug not 2 days later the they tried to charge me 1700 to replace my heads because of the damage from the spark plug that they messed up on, then to top it off the front end was worse off aswell, it was popping everytime I turn right when it wasn't doing that before I took it in,then they had to pack my bearings on the front end and I left on the bad breaks and rotor to see if they would even check, they didn't, or didn't care, then to top it all off Brent brown, the short little boy at the counter decided to mouth off and be very rude to my wife to the point she called me at work crying cause they was so aggressive with her. You want a real shop this one isn't it, there here for the money and not for the customer

I was recommended this place by a stranger at Walmart after my Jeep’s rear locker went out on my way home while on vacation. Unfortunately, home was 670 miles away and I had to leave the Jeep behind since the fix was not a quick one and there was no way to drive it back home in the state the Jeep was in. These guys were able to house my Jeep while waiting on parts that were on back order. Some other issues were found and they remedied those. The true test of the repair would be made on my trek home. There were no issues and I can’t recommend these guys enough. They were honest with every aspect of the repair, showed me the damaged parts from my Jeep and were fair with pricing. I literally had to have blind faith in strangers in a complete different state to take care of my Jeep. I don’t regret this decision at all. Looking at things in a positive aspect, I couldn’t have broken down at a better place. Thank you Lee and everyone that worked on my Jeep.
