WOW!! Been a long time since I have been in a business that greets the customer with genuine care and respect. They used terms that an average person with little knowledge of mechanics would understand. The minute I walked in they were focused on making sure I was taken care of and all my needs were met. More companies need to take note.

Don’t use autozone for your diy problems. Coming home from a long trip car started to miss fire. Went to closest autozone I can find. Have always used autozone. Asked to have code read. RSM gave me general information that I already knew. Car was miss firing and a repair needed to be made. I asked what cylinder was miss firing so I could repair and head home. RSM said that it didn’t say and that the computer of my vehicle isn’t very good. Left and drove to advance and the code red. What would you guess cylinder 2 miss fire. That lead me to believe that the obd2 reader or the system that autozone has in place to use are designed to make you spend more money by only giving you general information.

Employees are always on their phones ignoring or acting annoyed by the customers. Especially, the female manager Stephanie talks to fast on the company phone like she's trying to get off of it so she can get back on her personal phone. She's extremely rude and lazy, and not sure why or how she's a manager. AutoZone does not care about their employees or customer. They only care about profits.
