Have been using Car-Mart for years now and have had nothing but problems. We can’t just give up a car and go about our way because of the credit issue, so we have delt with it. Bought a mom car last August because I had my 3rd child and it’s been in the shop 8 TIMES with the issue still not fixed. They ignore us, never call us back, tell us “well idk what to tell you”, make us pay for everything when they don’t fix the beginning issues when it actually does go in the shop. We got a lemon. Simple as that. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely do not buy a car here they sell lemons there moto is keeping you on the road but it’s actually keeping you in the shop!! I’ve had a vehicle from them for 1 year and has been in the shop 8 times and still is not fixed so I don’t recommend you to buy a car here go somewhere els

Van Buren Car-Mart, is super friendly and super easy to work with. I wanted one car in particular, but found it needed something replaced and they put me in a different car that was cheaper and way better!! They are amazing!!!!! They go above and beyond for their clients!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ????

At first I thought this was a good place to deal with. We picked out a car & I like what everyone had to say, the salesperson, the staff, & even the manager. A red flag should of went up when the manager kept using the word communication, he used that word about 5 or 6 times. When we found the car we liked we noticed that the trunk wouldn't open, the manager told me that since it was Saturday he would have someone Monday & have a new key made & if that didn't work he would send it to their shop to have it fixed. Everything sounded good. We bought the car because we thought this would be taken care of. Nobody called Monday, so Tuesday I called the Van Buren office to let the manager know I didn't receive a call. The receptionist told me when I asked for the manager I was told he wasn't there, but he would be there tomorrow, I said okay. The next day I called & the receptionist said the same thing, he wasn't in but he would be there tomorrow, I said that's what you told me yesterday. She told me no he was there yesterday, but he was in & out all day. The next day I called I was told he's busy would I like to leave a message. I left him a message & reminded him of what we had talked about. No communication from him. I'm retired & my wife is disabled. I feel we were taken advantage of because of this. 4 months of this & we still have to have 2 people to open the trunk, a key that may or may not unlock the door, because of this it's always setting of the alarm. We have saved to buy the key & now we should be able to have it made. If this doesn't work we have a car that may or may not open the door. I'm leaving this COMMUNICATION because that Van Buren office will not communicate!

Not very happy. Been a customer for a while now but how can you allow your customer to have their vehicle be put into the shop and you don't even have the part ordered yet and I specifically told you it's my only family vehicle I have and now a job thats only supposed to take 1 day is taking 2 day job because my truck is at the shop with no part. Ugh.!!!

Bought nice car, fast, easy options on payments. vehicle is sound, and good on gas will be a great vehicle for trips. my sales lady was great, young and up beat she worked hard with the financial department to get my payments where I need them to be.....my complaint at this time would be the inside really needed to be detailed. I wore a white dress last night, by the end of the evening it was tan....

I had a good experience with them. Had a great sales rep. Very friendly people. Only thing got the car frday evening went to start truck yesterday evening and it wouldnt start had to jump it. Then tried to start it to go to work today and would not start again .

I had the hardest time finding help getting into a vehicle until I came to Car-Mart VB! Highly recommend Brayden! He was so helpful from the start, worked around any issues we had and got me out of there in my perfect car!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle, Josae, Brayden, and Eli we're top notch gentleman that actually care about your life story and wish to help you get into your car regardless of past mistakes or hardships. They don't judge and they work extra hard to find you your ride. I got a 2013 Cadillac SRX from Americas Car Mart in Van Buren Arkansas, go see them if you need a car.

Me and my wife were in need of a new car and decided to check out Car-Mart. Upon arrival I instantly realized it wasn't like your average car lot. There wasn't some money hungry car salesman trying to force you into the newest most expensive car. Instead they're very friendly take you inside offer popcorn and beverages and begin to see what fits you and your family best. After that they tell you which cars are in your budget and you go out and test drive whichever you would like with no pressure. They do offer a 7 day period to bring back your car for any reason to get into something of the same or lesser value. We were helped by Branden and Eli and both made buying a car super easy and did everything they could to make it a simple easy process and also the best deal for you so that when you leave there you don't feel like you've been ripped off but happy to tell others that Car-Mart is not there just for your money but for the smile you'll have as you drive off the lot

Wasn't even looking to go home with a car, Sales Associate Eli and the assistant manager (can't quite remember his name) got me into a car that was within my budget and cheap to work on and cheap insurance wise. Highly recommend these two guys for anything when it comes to Van Buren Car-Mart!
