After complaining several times of them leaving the trash can in the middle of my driveway. I finally canceled service, they were not eager to help resolve the problem.

Has not picked up trash for two weeks. Have called and they keep stating they will pick it up but they don’t. Need to find place to file a complaint with the city of Van Buren. Cards Waste Management is just here to take people’s money but not there trash.

Their customer service reps are SO rude!! Seriously how does this place stay in business? Oh yeah, it's because they buy up all the small trash companies in order to create a monopoly.
