Casey's employees are known for their friendliness and quick service, although there can be a wait for receipts at the gas pumps. The pizza offerings have been criticized for not always looking appealing, but other food options are generally well-regarded. Despite some occasional shortages, such as cups, the store is often praised for its service even during busy times.
