David or Daniel whatever his name is, was very pushy with adding accessories. His customer service was not the best either, he told us if we qualify, we can use payment plans and that’s where the pushiness came in. The phone service is okay, but be careful with him trying to add in extra stuff you don’t need. Definitely not going back to this store not to mention he was sitting on his phone before walking in. How is he manager?

Was misled and lied to about the service and charged activation which they were not up front about
This was the slowest worst cell phone service I've ever had since cell phones became widely available. To top it off cricket wireless took money from my account after I tried to cancel my service, and then refused to refund me or cancel my service. So this store is dishonest, and the service itself is horrible, and the company is also dishonest and committed fraud

First I went to this store because I needed a phone and new service before I went on a trip for Christmas and they offered me credit for a phone but didn't actually have any iPhone 15 so I got a free phone and it still costed me 140 bucks second the service is horrible, slow data speeds and unusable hotspot speedsThird the phone is full of adware and you can't uninstall most of it and cricket constantly hounds you with even more ads and trash running in the background on your phoneDo yourself a favor and steer clear of cricket they charge more than other prepaid carriers and don't even provide good service or decent data speeds and they use you to make even more money with advertising and trash software running on your phone which you can't deleteI spent time that I didn't have to ask questions and ensure the service would be sufficient as I was having issues with my last carrier and these guys should have been up front and honest about the slow data speeds instead of telling me data speeds were good, I should have known better when they couldn't ever give me a straight answer to anything and they weren't even upfront about the activation fee they charge which no one else charges activation anymore
