I use the pharmacy drive thru which is always smooth and the pharmacists and techs are always super helpful. I have to especially shout out Jose who has gone above and beyond on my last two trips helping me navigate insurance, GoodRX, and just in general customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could.. have been getting the same medication now for years and then they give me a generic that I have told them before I do not want. My insurance paid for name brand I do not want generic patches. They do not stick. I filled 3 months worth of medicine and now I'm stuck with it. A little courtesy hey this isn't the medicine you've been getting it's actually the medicine you specifically said you do not want. But you left the drive thru so now you're stuck with it.. 0 stars.

Every time I go into my CVS in Van Buren I am greeted with a friendly associate. The cashiers are always very friendly as well and very helpful. Although I didn’t visit the pharmacy area on this trip, they always greet me and if they are busy they let me know they will be with me in a few. They are helpful and answer any questions that I have.

Normally I really like using this pharmacy even though it is way out of my way. But they hired a new lady and she is very rude. I think I might give the one in Fort Smith another try.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is rude, they don't care about anyone but themselves. For the past 2 months they keep making excuses and saying that there is a nation wide shortage of a medication and they can't get it in stock, however every other pharmacy in the area somehow manages to have it in stock. I asked them if they had ordered the medication and was told that's not how it works. (ummmmm okay, but you do have order medication to have it sent to your store) I have called my daughter's doctor and am having her medication sent to another pharmacy, we will never use CVS ever again. The staff always acts like it's such an inconvenience to have to do their jobs, so I'll help ya out and give you one less job to worry about and give our business to another pharmacy who actually cares enough to do their job and are kind and caring.

I would like 2 thank the CVS Employees and the CVS Pharmacy Employees 4 doing a wonderful Job, regardless of the situation. They don't get the credit that they deserve. If I had the option 2 give them a hundred star's ? I would. Thank very much CVS Employees and CVS Pharmacy Employees 4 the hard work yall do. ????

I love CVS, for their coupons, always clean store, and pleasant staffers. I hope this CVS will be spared from the CEO's plan to eliminate scores of stores across the country.

I have just recently started having my prescriptions sent to CVS Van Buren because my insurance honors lower prices if I use CVS or CVS caremark mailin. I have been in their store three times (in about 10 days). Today I have notified CVS caremark to transfer all my prescriptions to mailin. I will not tolerate such rude, uncaring attitude toward a customer. Not only from just one employee but everyone I have had contact with. Is this a qualification to being hired that you can show a customer how little regard you have for them? How rude you can be? Do you get a raise for such conduct? Not at my expense. I have one more prescription to pick up tomorrow and I am out there.
