“I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers, they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I received a message that they weren’t going to be delivered at no fault to Tom’s Florist. After having a conversation with a representative from 1800 flowers, they made sure that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I received a call that they weren’t going to be able to deliver the flowers on Monday because the florist didn’t receive the order in time. I explicitly said that they had to be delivered today. Thankfully, Tom’s florist was able to accommodate my request and this beautiful bouquet was delivered within 2hrs. I would recommend ordering directly from the Florist.”

“The note that i sent was folded on itself a few times and it wasnt until i spoke with the recipient that they searched for the note and found it. maybe it would be better on a seprate card or something. otherwise i have no complaints, the flowers were fresh and vibrant and the delivery was great.”
