I do a lot of business in Van Buren. The folks throughout the entire store are great. I must mention Beth at the pro desk. She goes way beyond any of her duties. Always there with a smile and sometimes a joke. Thank you Beth and all the staff there.

Do not use Lowe's for you flooring installation. Lowe's itself is fine, however the hire Midwest flooring to do the install.
Midwest flooring is a dumpster fire.

Absolutely horrible experience with the store delivery team, we had to go through corporate to get a delivery! The young lady at the appliance desk was amazing as was the delivery guys (out of a different store)
Not to mention they sent a refrigerator that had been taken out of the box and had several dents.

If I could give less stars I would. It is ridiculous that there are no actual cashiers available only self check out. I am not an employee of Lowe’s so I should not have to do a job that the company hires for. When you ask the employee standing around the self check outs why there are no cashiers it’s “we can’t keep anyone” but yet there was a handful of people down from corporate just standing around. I guess when you get to a certain level within the company you forget about all the customers that shop at a store to help bring in profit for your corporate positions.

Still no freaking change no was to b found when I or several other people needed help in the plumbing department... Horrible customer service Horrible
