Came in on Sunday to see what the offers was to switch over. I decided not to leave my carrier. A hour after leaving my phone no longer worked. The sale rep ported my phone number I’ve had for 12 years over to somebody else’s account. Had to hastle with making a fraud claim against them. I spent hours on the phone with metro and they was no help. Came to store several times they kept saying they will take care of it and that they will call me but just was saying that to get me out the store even the supervisor Edgar was giving me the run around. I could not access my bank account for 4 days due to needing second step verification via text to my phone number. I am not even from here I was due back to Texas Monday morning. I also lost my call center job because I did not have a phone due to this stores unprofessional service. How can you allow your employee to port somebody’s else’s phone number without authorizing it and just sweet it under the rug. I will be calling corporate and falling through with the fraud claim still. If needed I will take any and all action needed to make sure that this employee never gets to make this “mistake” again and for the lost wages. This should have never happened and I never got an apology.

The worst customer service I have ever had!!! The lady would not help me at all. The call is recorded with the Call Center since the rep was on the phone with me at the time she was rude!!! The phone rep and his supervisor were very helpful and surprised by the horrible customer service. They escalated the issue on their end as well.

I would like to say that customer service over at the cloverleaf shopping center at Metro is by far the best I've had so far. Her name is Jasmine she was very attentive and suggested internet service which I'm going to consider. Point is it's hard to find customer service this good.... Enjoy going there just because of that... Not to mention I like the phone service ?

I love Metro! I never have problems with my service and I have been everywhere, through Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. I've even been in the woods or up in the mountains and I always have bars. Been with these guys for a few years. They always have great deals on phones and accessories, and guess what? If you switch over they have awesome deals for new customers. Every 6 months you qualify for an upgrade to a new phone! This store is well organized and clean, with a very friendly staff too. I highly recommend.

The young man working was not willing to help me AT ALL. He was 5 or 10 minutes to closing the store and going home. He simply told me the place was closing to come the next morning with whatever I was needing and "hopefully" the dayshift girl could help. Well, I did NOT return and I AM without phone service. You see, I am 50 years old and I walk . I just couldn't get that hip joint to walk all that way again. I won't recommend this spot since I'm not worth helping. It took me quite awhile to walk. Need cell service but not like this.

The two women working there today clearly did not like each other. The one female named Kim turn the radio up so loud I could not hear myself talk so I know they could not have heard me had to ask them to turn it down twice still didn't get my matter solved
