“The couple who own this store want you to succeed. Making the 80 mile drive from Mena, based on their positive reviews, I went in today as a complete novice. I left with more than an hour’s worth of instruction and enough knowledge to give me confidence I can set up a new tank successfully. They offer a mix of new and pre-loved equipment, good selection of fish and all the extras. I look forward to going back often.”
“Paid over 200.00 plus a tip before I seen our dogs. They said one of our dogs bit her, never happened before but ok if you can't groom one then don't charge for it. Both dogs look the same as when we took them in. Sorry but you lost us from now on. I will say that in the past I was satisfied, but to pay full price for what I received this time is unacceptable!!!! UPDATE there seemed to be a big misunderstanding this morning when I took the dogs in, I received a call from the owner I'm guessing and she explained what happened, I was satisfied with the explanation and the outcome and will try them again.”
