“I have posted about Main Street Mercantile before, but , I have to say that when my wife and I do travel to visit family in in the Harrison ,Arkansas area my wife loves to shop this store in particular. The assortment of merchandise and a lot of the prices they offer here keeps drawing us back. I would definitely recommend this store for selection of goods and their prices.”
“UPS store is here, and it was easy, fast, and quick. The employees are fast and friendly. The store was nice and clean. The parking lot was easy to get in and out. UPS store makes it nice and easy to return things, and to ship things. I would definitely recommend this store”
“Pretty cool. Upscale boutique style items in booths. Mostly feminine type things. Some specialty food items. It's dark.. would be good if they turned up the lights a little bit.”
“I go here a couple times a month. Michaels and Petco are my usual stops, but dollar tree, sketchers store, osh kosh, Old Navy, Best buy, and the new buckle are also nice to go into!!”
“The store looks very nice and clean. The only problem is finding a associate to help you when you need help. It seems that the new young associates have never been trained in customer service and could care less if you are a short elderly customer trying to reach a item on the top shelf they just stand there watching you struggle. I know this is a fact because I was the person who helped the elderly customer and I am not much taller than the customer was. There was two young male associates watching me struggle to get 4 cans of beans off the top shelf as I finally Got the last can one of them asked if I needed help. The older associates who have worked there for years will do everything they can to make Your shopping experience nice. It is too bad that many of them are retiring early.”
“I’ve been coming to Central Mall for years, and it’s still a pretty solid place to shop in Fort Smith. It has a good mix of stores, from clothing to shoes to snacks, so you can get a lot done in one trip. Some parts of the mall feel a little outdated, but it’s clean and easy to get around. It’s also nice that there are places to sit and a food court when you need a break. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to spend a few hours.”
