“My FAVORITE local place to shop! They have everything you could need in one place. I have purchased clothing, jewelry, accessories and they are always greatly priced and good quality. I love that they carry local vendors especially the food. Great milk, eggs, honey, meats! All of the employees are very friendly and it’s such a homey place to shop. You won’t get a better experience shopping at the big box stores around here! ☺”

“The store looks very nice and clean. The only problem is finding a associate to help you when you need help. It seems that the new young associates have never been trained in customer service and could care less if you are a short elderly customer trying to reach a item on the top shelf they just stand there watching you struggle. I know this is a fact because I was the person who helped the elderly customer and I am not much taller than the customer was. There was two young male associates watching me struggle to get 4 cans of beans off the top shelf as I finally Got the last can one of them asked if I needed help. The older associates who have worked there for years will do everything they can to make Your shopping experience nice. It is too bad that many of them are retiring early.”

“I’ve been coming to Central Mall for years, and it’s still a pretty solid place to shop in Fort Smith. It has a good mix of stores, from clothing to shoes to snacks, so you can get a lot done in one trip. Some parts of the mall feel a little outdated, but it’s clean and easy to get around. It’s also nice that there are places to sit and a food court when you need a break. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to spend a few hours.”
