I have lowered my opinion Due to lower Expectations.It was bad enuff when you took out ATM in Alma.The you started to "share" employees btw the 2 locations.NOW YOU HAVE ADDED FEES TO USE ATM.!!!¡!!!!!!The nerve........Do you have something against seniors and handicap people?????Must we slip and slide all over your parking lot to save our "fee".....Are you doing this pooorly????? Can I loan You a Dollar?????

Slowest bank ever! Expect at least a 15 -20 minute wait at the drive thru... Even longer if there is anyone ahead of you. I have been here 25 minutes already while writing this review... Bring snacks and make sure you have enough gas!! Do not use this bank.

For whatever reason their atm can't make up its mind how much it wants to charge for a fee one day it says 80 cents another day it say $1.80 and then another day it says 2.40 wth

My wife has a bank account here. Constantly having problems with them locking the card and the absolutely slowest and worst customer service ever! Do not bank here

Even you didn’t deserve one star I was here today to open a business account with my partner the manager BRITTANY HICE was so rude she say I cannot open the business account next two weeks you can do it online Disappointed in the bank it’s empty nobody in no customer they don’t wanna work not recommend that US bank here on that location Go somewhere else

US Bank is Awesome !! Been banking here since 2015 with personal and business accounts. On the business side Brittany Hice is the best business manager ever!! Go see her for all your business needs. You won't be disappointed.

I wouldn't have closed on my first house and gotten the key today if it wasn't for a client relations consultant there named Jordan H; I was driving 250 miles from North Dallas because US Bank has no branches in Texas and wire transfers have a small online limit so I had no option but to drive. Out of desperation (because I was not going to make it there in time) I called and asked if the branch could wait for me to get there (I was 5 to 10 mins past closing). Jordan Hogue did not have to do this but she called me back and said yes she will wait for me to get to the branch past closing.Honestly, US Bank needs to acknowledge and reward Jordan's commitment for customer success and the above and beyond service she provided because I was ready to pull my money from the accounts there and close them but because of what she did for me I decided against closing accounts.Thank you Jordan you are so awesome!!-Dmitriy

U.s. Bank used to be friendly and personal now they're just an online Network that you can't even talk to a person I had to make an appointment for 3 weeks from now to go in and talk to somebody about my account. It took a week for somebody to call me back about an issue that they didn't even resolve. And I can only complain to Google Maps because nobody will talk to you from u.s. Bank

US BANK IS A HORRIBLE INSTITUTION, first off this branch never ever answers their phones. EVER, even their corporate office has tried to reach them for an issue with my account and no response ever, two voicemails atleast a dozen calls and they never ever answer. Aside from US bank being a horrible bank their employees and branches are even worse. I will literally tell everybody that I can and go out of my way, on the BBB, YELP! Yahoo!, and yes I know a billion dollar bank may not care about a few closed accounts but I will tell you what I will save anybody I can the hassle of ever dealing with this bank,

I opened an account, some background, i am a average middle class joe, make decent money. Why is this important, I'VE NEVER COMMITED ANYTHING WRONG IN MY LIFE, NOT EVEN A SPEEDING TICKET, I have a local credit union, and wells Fargo but wanted a separate checking's for my car insurance, so I decide heck I'll use these guys, BAM they freeze my account literally a day after i opened it, and worse I had deposited $725.00, no reason they cant justify it, spoke to over 25 employees from fraud liasons, personal bankers, bankers, customer service, debit fraud department, and none could help me. Worse they can't even expedite the closing of the account, screw it I don't care assholes if you want to close my account do it, but this should be illegal to withhold somebody's money for as long as you guys are doing so, they estimate me to get my money at most within 6 weeks!!!! 6 weeks guys, stay away I thank god i didn't deposit all my money and close my other two accounts that i have had for over a decade, i will never ever use US Bank ever in my life. the worst financial institution in existence.
