They never deliver the packages to your house, doesn't matter if it's just right there, vast majority of the drivers are lazy. Customer service is often alright, not great, just satisfactory.

I was tracking a package and it kept bouncing around different post offices in Arkansas. It seemed like it was stuck in Van Buren. I called the local branch number and they were SO HELPFUL. They located my package and got it routed to me.

For some reason if it won't fit in the mail box they say no access. Yes I have a gate it has a chain on it but not locked. They can pull in my driveway and honk .
