Cris Garcia was an absolute peach! He was so helpful when I needed to switch my plan due to needing a hotspot. Chris throughly explained what each plan would provide for me as well as the add on I could do for each one.

What an amazing experience we had today at this location. My wife and I are here from Arizona visiting family and she broke her phone.
The young man that helped us was Chris Garcia. He was very knowledgeable taking the time to find an upgrade replacement with a promo paying off the old phone. He took the time to set up the phone and ensure she was happy. This may all sound standard. It's not. The Verizon store in Mesa Arizona we use has terrible customer service. She could not remember her password. No problem he said and immediately proceeded to rectify the situation. I had the same issue in Arizona and was told there is no work around since I didn't know the password.
The store was clean and well equipped with needed accessories. Chris took the time to review our account found out we were double paying for cloud services and solved that issue. We purchased a new phone with case and screen protector along with an upgraded charger. Chris took the time to look up our address on Arizona and confirm that Verizon Internet is available at our home. The store in Arizona had told us it was not. When we return home we will be getting Verizon Internet. Thanks to Chris for turning a bad day with a broken phone into a great vacation experience.
