Repair was made fast and they came to me but advertising about cleaning up the glass is false. Tech said his vacuum did not have enough power? We ended up cleaning all his mess afterwards! Very disappointing!

Fast response, has all the equipment to calibrate my windshield. Scheduled and quoted my needs within a couple hours. Came to my house, fast install, the technician cleaned up after himself and left reasonable instructions. Professional.

Car break in victim here, unfortunately. Shopped around a few glass repair/replace providers and found Texas Reliable Auto Glass (TRAG) to be best price, and were able to come following morning. Iman came out had my window replaced in about 30 minutes. He let me inspect and roll up/down a few times to make sure it was good. Work was good, and Iman was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend TRAG to anyone looking for auto glass work.

Johnny and his wife are good folks.i highly recommend them for your auto glass needs. They replaced my front windshield in my 03 Silverado and done it fast. They are very professional and cheaper than the big corp guys. I'll defintly be using them again if i ever need any glass repairs. They will come to you and save you the hassle. Thanks guys! Storm rolled through last night and brought down a limb from the pecan tree which landed on my windshield. Next morning at 7:30 am I contacted Reliable and by 11:30 am the windshield had been replaced. Iman was very professional and kind. Hopefully I won't need to replace another windshield but if I do, I'm certainly calling Texas Reliable Auto Glass.

I had to get my windshield replaced. I sent pictures over to Iman and we found a time in our schedule that worked and he came out the next day and replaced it in an hour. Everything looks good so far! Friendly service. Highly recommend.

I was driving home recently and noticed a very sudden and large crack across my windshield. Texas Reliable Auto Glass got back to me quickly. They were also friendly and well priced. With that said, the work done was a little bit sloppy. Little pieces of glass bits were left all over my dash and the window was placed a little sloppily over the windshield molding. The owner was very kind and sent the tech out, but overall he didn't seem concerned. The window seems to be sealed ok, but the sloppy install bothers me enough that I would probably try a different vendor if I ever needed more window work done. If you can look past the sloppy install, they were quick, responsive, polite, and well priced.

Back in December, a rock chipped my window and the chip expanded across my windshield. I reached out to Texas Reliable Auto Glass and they were very fast at responding, worked with my schedule and quoted me the exact cost. My window was from 1-3 but they reached out to come earlier, which worked perfectly. They said it would be two hours for the install but it only took 1 hour. Super friendly and did such an amazing job! I'm super happy with the outcome!

I had a large vehicle window replacement and compact SUV with a rock chip repair completed by Texas Reliable Auto Glass.Mahbob was very responsive with scheduling, keeping me updated, and handling payment (with a variety of options for payment).Both repairmen came out on time, were professional, and explained everything they'd do along with any potential downsides before beginning the repair.If I ever get a rock chip again or need a window replacement, this will be my first call.

My back window was replaced (better design now) same day. The technician was professional, thorough, and the price was unbeatable. I am very happy with the service and product and glad that they were able to do it so quickly.

I got a windshield with very bad wavy distortion. Their warranty only covers water and air leak and nothing else. Anything else that happens you are on your own. Driving with this bad windshield is literally making me sick!

This was such a great find on Yelp. My truck was just 4 months old when a mean old tractor mower threw tire debris at my rear passenger door window and totally freakin' shattered it. It didn't collapse because of the tint, thank goodness. So I gorilla taped the heck out of it and started the process of looking for replacement - while on a road trip, headed out of state. Long story short, getting glass for a brand new vehicle was darn near impossible where we were headed, so I found Texas Reliable Auto Glass on Yelp once we got home. They were awesome! 1) They were extremely accommodating of my schedule for mobile service 2) They were so much more economical than the dealership quote (yeah, I know that's typical) 3) They were on time, well-equipped, and completely thorough 4) They allowed the tractor driver (who was at fault for the glass damage a few hundred miles away from Austin) to pay for the repair over the phone with a credit card If I could give six stars, I would! Thanks for the great service!
