This is some of the worse service I have seen with the USps. I have asked if my carrier is part time and only run certain days and the Post Master insure me that they run everyday. So why is it, that I can put a letter in the mailbox and raise the flag and it won't be picked up 9 out of 10 times. I have to take it to the post office in Vilonia, AR. and place it in their mailbox to be delivered.

We never have any problems with this post office. And we ship out constantly. The few times we brought open packages in to be shipped out, they've even taped them up for us. Polite, courteous people. 5 stars.

The lady was rude at the front desk and the other lady was too busy talk on her cell phone. They act like it bothers them to work.

Always have a problem getting my mail and when you call and tell the, that you didn't get your mail. I get told they have a back up driver and that they go threw the truck every night and there is nothing left in the mail truck. Worst experience I have ever had. My mail is always delivered late in the day! My daughters medicaid was cut off because I didn't get the renewal letter that DHS had sent to me!

I just experienced some of the best customer service here. I wish I had got her name but she has cheek length blonde hair and had to be the friendliest and most helpful postal worker I have encountered. Thank you for your service today!

Phone line has been busy for over an hour !! So I drove up there just to find them on the phone with a personal call ,mailman flies down my road !
