“I live in Texas and wanted to order an arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday, who's in the local nursing home there in Waldron. Lorie was so kind and very helpful. She first asked how much I wanted to spend, then explained what all types of flowers and colors she had available for my budget, and suggested putting the flowers in a basket so they would stay more moist and last longer. I asked Lorie if she would mind sending me a picture before delivery, of which she did..and they were beautiful! Plus, the delivery fee was very reasonable! I so appreciate how helpful Lorie was and wish more people had customer service skills like her! I highly recommend this flower shop and will definitely be a return customer in the future.”
