I think that a person must make an appointment to transact everyday business inside the bank is ridiculous. Some in the area need that access. Enough with Covid. I live nearby, but have to go into Fayetteville and get issues resolved. Often, there is not time to make an appointment if there is a critical issue. Why have the bank at all? Just close and leave the ATM. AS a bank, we have encountered major fraud issues. This week will be the 3rd time we have had to change cards/ numbers this year. It has cost more due to having to use credit cards when the card fails. I had a card changed twiced late last year never being told the issue. Finally, back in April, after almost a year of using a debt that would not work everywhere or would not work as a credit card was I told that a fraud case was never resolved, even AFTER they reissued a card twice! Finally, a young lady at the Township branch found the issue and fixed it. 3 weeks ago, our account got hit again! Im tired of dealing with this. I am disabled and its difficult for me to get out often. I spent way more money because of using other credit cards. I will be switching banks due to too many fraud attacks. Apparently, my money is not safe with Arvest. I do not give out my numbers, pin codes, etc. I use only verified sites. IDK what the deal is, but its been a huge pain and EXPENSIVE on my fixed income. Id rather go back to cash than deal with this mess.

Arvest bank in general has become a terrible place to bank. They don’t take care of their customers. They charge ridiculous amounts for new cards that “must have gotten lost in the mail” as if it’s the customers fault. 10/10, do not recommend.

By far the worst customer service experience I or my husband have ever received anywhere. Not only was the service subpar, but when the branch manager did her obligatory call she apologized "for my perception". I do not recommend them. Make the drive back to Fayetteville and use Legacy. They took care of our notary needs immediately.

I don't have any complaints about the service, but I would like to be able to call the local branch when I want to. Instead, you get the central number with a long wait. I'm sure there would not be15 calls ahead of me at the West Fork branch.

TERRIBLE branch! The ATM shorted me $200. I went directly inside and spoke to an employee named Jessica. She was NO HELP AT ALL! She was very unfriendly and simply said, “Machines break sometimes.” I ended up sitting in my car in the parking lot, with my 18 month old, disputing the claim over the phone myself. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and practices by this Arvest. There should be a ZERO star rating option for this kind of treatment. *This happened on November 4th and I’m STILL waiting for a resolution.

dumbest Bank ever tells you on the front you can do one thing you going to their location and waste your gas and another thing it doesn't make any sense they tell you this thing it is in the night and then this makes no sense to waste of your time do not bank with this Bank

I love our bank. Our bank actually call you personally, instead of an automated line. When we visit the bank, everyone is always welcoming and friendly.
