I purchased a Samsung Amp 6 weeks ago and now I'm having issues with people hearing me. Went to the West Helena, AR location to see what could be done about it and was told they couldn't help me, that's why you should buy insurance. My only options are to use the insurance, which cost me more money or I could purchase a new one at full price because I'm not eligible for an upgrade. Which cost me even more money! I'm sorry, but that seems to me like a load of bullcrap! I wish
