Tried to reach out to them at multiple different departments multiple times just to confirm part numbers and got no response. Absolutely garbage customer service.

If I could give them half a star or no star. They are horrible. Please save yourself and do not buy from Doughboy. customer service is the worst.

Purchased our Doughboy Pool in 2015 at Lindsey's in Bryant, AR. Had a deck built around it in 2016 and have made it a great outdoor space. It has been very easy upkeep over the years and has brought much joy to our family.
