have shopped in person and over the phone, they've been courteous, helpful effecient all 3 times. i shopped several other times in person when they were still on broadway, same great service .

RUDE Customer service has just cost this business my money from this purchase forward. Not one offer of help. Not one attempt to help with anything. Employer sent us to this store for work boots with the instructions that all that was needed was an ID from employer. Not the case. Rudely informed us that husbands name was not on the list of employees sent over from the company? 1800+ employees and they have a list? Husband has been there for over 3 years so this is confusing in its self.Receipt will be submitted to employers for these boots but all future boots will be from a different store. Any store. Never again.

Yes, Ann's has a ton of hunting accessories and clothing, boots, and regular clothing like CC beanies, Nike, Under Armour, and Columbia. However, that's not all they have! This is my go to place to get things embroidered or vinyl printed. She did these Santa bags for me at the last minute. My girls loved them! The employees are very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend shopping here! It beats Memphis for sure!
