Very fast process...He tuned our cb and antenna. Our volume was very low. Not sure of the difference. I have not used it since tuning.

Rocket took excellent care of us and got our CB radio tunes and working properly. He helped us get the right antenna and installed it for us.
We were very pleased and will definitely go there in the future for any CB radio needs!
