The good: Gas was cheap, and the staff greeted us when we walked in. They seemed like they were genuinely trying.
The bad: A lot inside was broken, and the store felt messy and chaotic. When I tried to pay for gas outside, the pump asked me for “data.” I went inside, and the cashier asked if I was from out of town. When I said yes, she told me I had to prepay. On top of that, a two-for-one item I bought didn’t ring up correctly, and I never got the discount back. Overall, the staff seems like they’re making an effort, but the place definitely needs some work.

Every spot upfront is ether reserved or 2 hour limit let's see if I get kicked out since I drive otr. I talked to a manager he said its enforced so no need to wait and I dont want the cops call again so for my third edit , I parked in the back with the semis and still got kicked out. I was given the option to pay for parking or leave

Rude workers don't seem like they want to be here both the guy and the lady dismissive when I asked about a price on a item and it didn't ring up the correct price so I put the items back and left they literally don't want to do shit lol

Worst pilot I’ve ever been to. I’ve been fuelling and stopping at pilot for 10 years. Never had such rude staff. Do better🤬

Paint the SPOTS - so ppl can park in designated areas properly. It’s making security’s job harder/more stressful. & it’s stressing out SO SO many drivers who are just trying to park properly. Paid or not - it’s hard to tell! Signs missing & painting gone - handicapped should be more visible on all sides please make everyone’s life a little less stressful. Wendy’s was great - amazing customer service there. Clean facilities in & out for showers. Park EARLY if you need to see/aren’t familiar with this one. Also, some construction by fuel station side, not an issue.

Appreciate the kindness of the lady at the register when I told her the ladies's paper towels dispensers were having issues. She took swift action, which was so nice to see. Thank you!

First time came to this pilot i had a bad experience. I have arrived late and i did find parking at all. I found a small spare where i can park and sleep for few hours. Suddenly a security lady came and interrupted my sleep to tell you need to move from here even im not in the way of every body. I had no hours left in clock then I moved to another place where i can fall asleep . After an hour she came after me to tell you have to leave the parking lot. There was respect for truck driver ever. I will not come back to this horrible truck stop .

Im kinda surprised this place has a 3.9/5 tbh. They always have good gas prices, clean restrooms, friendly people, theyre very good with their food freshness. Sometimes pilot food freshness can be hit or miss but their food n coffee is ALWAYS on point. Ive been to probably most pilots in the country, not many beat this one in my opinion

Pilot used to allow you to park overnight but now they have a 2-hr limit and then they will bang out n your window and wake you up. You are better off to just buy your gas elsewhere and go about 5 more minutes down the road to the rest stop to actually rest. No longer any advantage to stopping here.

Why 90% of parking is blind?! Thanks for at least leaving enough space between rows for maneuvering. Beer is available. Prime parking is enforced. Shower water is soft, but not too soft.
