Stop at the location in West Memphis,Ar got gas,sausage egg cheese biscuit which the biscuit is real dry no flavor could have used butter on it looking for a zero sugar drink all they had was mt dew that part of the cooler was very empty has been the last few times I've been in there customer lines was long and the latte cappuccino machine was down has been for days not sure what's going on but thought we could get a store th this town that could have everything up to par but it turns out it's just like the rest of the stores in this town, Hope it all can be fix I really loved that store when it first open but seams like theres a employee turn over a lot....Good luck we'll see what happens

Great staff and food! They were missing my favorite milk, but that’s okay. I wasn’t in the market for milk today. The bathrooms were very clean! 9/10 but only because they were out of ranch and forgot my cheese sauce.

The employees have no idea what they are doing, I had to throw away the shake, the food was cold, and the atmosphere is very bad, the bathroom is very dirty.

5th time I’ve come here for the kitchen. It’s always closed, doesn’t matter if I come here at 2pm or 2am. It’s always closed (shift change, putting away the truck) also the store is always filthy. If this was the only QT I’ve been a guest at I would definitely avoid all QTs in the future. They need to step it up, it’s ruining the chains reputation.
Just came in again. This time 2am, kitchens closed again. Why bother having a kitchen?

4/5 stars because the bathroom has room for improvement. Wasn't unusable, but was grimey. Rate staff and QT Kitchen 10 out of 5 stars!! The staff is friendly and efficient!! I wish this location carried Super Coffees,but that did not impact my review.
