Shop this store almost weekly since they opened., there are at times under staffing or untrained folks to take care of the propane needs (this should be an easy remedy; train everyone!) I'd prefer that they take better care of the chicks; the other day went in none of the chicks had water, there appeared to have two dead chicks as well. the response was someone was coming by to take care of them... anyone at the store should be able to take care of them.... give them fresh water! Over all it's the best customer service available during this day and area so cut them some slack be patient and nice in return.

Friendly staff and managers, always treat us and our pups right when we come in. We don't go anywhere else for feed and pet supplies.

we will not return to this location. Can never get propane tanks refilled. Anytime I call phone is always busy must drive up there to be told they are either out of propane or have no one to pump it. The employees there are rude and don't seem to care about anything other than getting their paycheck. this was my fourth recent disappointing trip to the West Memphis location and I will never return.
