Exceptional service i called before going needed plumbing parts the lady had the parts in my hand in less than five. minutes very organized and very stocked the day before i was at Lowes over an hour and they did not have the parts to fix the broken plumbing this my nee go to store i highly rate this place

I like this place. The staff are always so welcoming & helpful. They always know what I'm looking for & direct me right to it. Store is clean & well stocked. I love it. I'm in & out with exactly what I need. If I go to Lowe's, I'd be roaming around just looking for assistance for 30 minutes because the person that I initially asked for help went off to look for something & never returned. ?

I felt like I was bothering the staff while looking for numerous items. If you are a long-time local, the staff treat you different. The store itself is cluttered. This location does not carry all of the usual ACE fare.

I can't say this is an unbiased review because I KNOW these good people but they are salt of the Earth ?, treat you like family (the good family members) and help you do whatever your working on folks. Having been a former ACE hardware employee myself I understand the client base and can say they live up to what is expected of an exceptional Ace salesman/woman. Trips to the hardware store are more like stops to visit friends and get advice as well as supplies. If you're in or near White Hall and need ANYTHING stop here first .

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. They almost always have what I need. They are much more customer friendly than the one big box hardware store we have in town and I will use this hardware store every chance I get for my hardware needs.

Local and friendly! Always has what you need and staff is always helpful with any projects you are working on. I never have to search for what I need, they get it for me and get me on my way.
