“Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Going the extra mile. One of my many visits, I arrived to get a bulb for my headlamp. But didn't know the first thing about installing. Was asking questions and the gentleman offered to come put it in for me. After about ten minutes, he finally got the job done. I was so grateful to him because had I tried I'm sure I would not succeed... being 5'4 has some definite disadvantages. I asked what owed him and he said no charge. 😊 What an Angel. I might ad my husband and I have chosen them for all our car fixin needs.”

“I’ve always had a good experience with the Smart Honda service department. My last visit was a routine oil change but I was having intermittent issues with the car not starting. The service writer confirmed the starter problem and said it was the starter failing. I wasn’t thrilled about that but they found that it was covered under the warranty I had purchased. A new starter was installed at no cost to me. Even the labor was paid for. There have been other things that the service department has done over the years that made me glad that I have my vehicle serviced by Smart Honda.”
