“Just visited the store...had a great experience this time...I was greeted when I entered the store... Aaron was very helpful with my return. Chris was very helpful with my purchase. Both these guys are very helpful and Knowledgeable in the inventory. I have shopped this store in the past but this this time was totally different when I made MY purchases over the last 2 months have been very pleasant and believe it or not both told me thank you”
“Not sure what happened at Lowe’s. Customer service sucks. Shelves are halfway stocked most of the time with the wrong product. Got credit from the financial company they use. Paid a refrigerator off. They canceled my credit. I’ll drive completely out of my way to avoid Lowe’s. Not even sure why I gave a 2 star. Not even worth that. Don’t shop there and stay a way from Craftsman. Not the same tools they sold at Sears. Low quality. Been dealing with them since they opened. This by far is the worst.
