“I never get the room that I asked for whether it be this hotel or another one. However this room will work I'm not going to complain. But being a Rewards member we are supposed to be allowed in early check-in and a late check out without being charged, and the one in Pine Bluff absolutely refuses and said that none of the rooms were ready yet. Also I asked to be on the first floor by an exit and I'm on the third floor in the middle of the hall. I also asked to use my rewards points only had like 6,500, but I wanted that in combination and then we pay the difference in cash and they didn't work it out that way either so I'm just a little disappointed at this point.”
“Guy at desk was nice. One key didn't work. The door latch was broken. And peep hole looked like it had something jammed in it. Headboard was all messed up. It looked like someone had to kick open the door. Breakfast sucked. Just sausage. No hot breakfast buffet like the advertised. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows had burn holes in them. After driving 6 half hours and 6 more to go til destination, was hoping to relax in a comfy bed. This sucked. Usually Quality inns are pretty decent. Not this one.”

“We were in town for a funeral and couldn’t find accommodations in our price range anywhere else. Not going to lie, I was worried because of the price but I had no reason to be. We were greeted kindly by the lady at the front desk ( sorry I can’t remember her name?) and given our rooms on the second floor. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds, real pillows(not those small squishy ones with no support), a small refrigerator, microwave, single serve coffee maker with coffee, cups with lids and creamer and sugar , blow dryer, iron and ironing board. They served a good country breakfast every morning as well. We are making this hotel our go-to whenever we’re in Pine Bluff from now on.Rooms: Clean and inviting with comfy beds.Noteworthy details: Excellent customer service from all the staff. 5 ⭐️”

“All in all, for the prices of the rooms, it’s not a bad place to stay. I travel for work and I’ve stayed here several times. They just remodeled the floors and made the rooms look more modern. They give towels daily which is a plus because I do construction work and am often rather dirty after work. I’d recommend this motel to anyone needing a place to staySafety: You are outside of the Pine Bluff area and no need to feel in danger of crime in this areaFood & drinks: There are several restaurants within walking distance.”
