I called just to get some information about the services they offered because my phone had gotten wet and I needed the information pulled from it like the pictures. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and had an attitude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but the customer service was trash, much like a lot of customer service in the Pine Bluff area. During the conversation his tone was off, he was sighing as I was asking questions, he was very irritated as if I shouldn’t have called. So now I’ll have to travel to Little Rock to get my phone repaired. Never patronize a business who doesn’t offer respect and the courtesy of being polite even over the phone.

The owner appears to be unhappy and seems to me he does not like dealing with people. Oh well, maybe he is better with others. Been there two times and he was less than cordial both times. It could just be me, I don't know.
