I can tell you from my experience I'm 32 and open account at the this branch I wanted to change something on my account I spoke with a customer service agent already then went up to the branch and they told me a hole completely different thing said I had to wait 30 days went to a different branch today and they printed it out the form and on my way not 30 days they lie

There phone system is horrible they leave you on hold and never pick up the phone. I can’t get a hold of anybody. I believe it’s really sad when a bank gets to big to remember the community that built it to what it is. Thanks for nothing.
