Awful .. Rude service reps, try to overcharge 4 times the value/ price for parts . Don't fix the issue after 3 times and $1,000 later. They make wrong diagnosis, lie about other things being wrong with your car , and over charge for parts .. Beware you will get overcharged and have to go to several appointments and still not have your problem resolved.
Not only did they over charge me, they lied about me having a lifetime warranty on my car. I took my car to Crain Hyundai in North Little Rock, they were awesome! I would recommend Crain Hyundai over this dealership for EVERYTHING.

âI had a disappointing experience with Hyundai. I had an appointment and ended up waiting for 2 hours, only to be told that they couldnât assist me that day. Very frustrating and inconvenient.â really bad service even the service manager Marcus couldn't do anything about it.

The most Horrible service dept. ever. I have purchased many vehicles since 1988 and this whole time I have never experienced anything more terrible than this place. Please take my advice BUYER BEWARE.

So this is completely unrelated to purchasing a vehicle, but there are some amazingly kind people that work there. My charter bus carrying 40 middle schoolers broke down on the interstate adjacent to their dealership and it was 90 degrees. Chris, Quinn and others immediately started throwing cold bottle waters over the fence and ditch to us, drove up two cases of cold water later and used two SUVs to deliver some of my students to a local church. I am forever in their debt for helping so much on one of the scariest days of my teaching career.

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Smart Hyundai and the experience was better than we expected. Our salesman, Billy Anderson, was very helpful in any way possible, during and after our purchase. The first time I took my Palisade in for service, the service manager explained everything that was being done.

Have used this dealership for 4 years without a problem, intell my car broke down. Iâm not saying the dealership is at fault for that, things happen. But the service that followed was horrendous!!! Got told they submitted paperwork for the car and would call back a week and half later they finally answered the phone and was told it in fact wasnât ever sent. Then the service manager continued to bash another employee by name while on the phone with me about how they didnât do their job, a manager should never do this EVER while on the phone with a customer. Well got told by the same manager that he would personally make sure to call me back that day with answersâŚ. 4 days later I have to call them and leave a message to get answers. After it was all said and done I had my car towed somewhere else to get fixed and will not be back. I have always owned Hyundai and swore by the reliability and customer service, I will no longer nor will I ever own another after this experience.
