“Best customer service I have ever dealt with the USPS. I messed up by ordering a ton of products to my condo which did not have a mail box system setup so no one would deliver out here.
I told the kind lady at the front (wish i remembered her name!) and she calmy addresses the problem and was positive. Had a smile the entire time. This has been uncommon for me across different USPS stores in the past. She went to the back, grabbed my huge amount of packages, and handed them to me one by one.
Note: I didnt have any po box setup either. They kept them there , didnt send them back, out of being kind people. Just so nice and saved me a ton of time and money on trying to retreive those packages.
Thankful for people like these in the world!”
