“Recommend highly. We had all 8 studs on our left rear dual break on us as we were coming out of the Bobby Hopper tunnel at 7pm. Called Smith's because they were closest to us. Best decision we made. They towed our truck and sent a one ton to get our trailer. They worked that evening and the next morning to replace the studs and made sure we were ready to go the next day.”

“So we broke down 35 miles from eureka springs, I called my insurance company for a disabled vehicle tow, the first company said no, this company had no problem with unattended access and taking it all the way home for us (3 hrs away).
