I have ordered propane two weeks ago and still have not gotten my delivery. I have called almost every day and still can’t get any help. Would you please help provide your customers better service since they are relying on you for their propane needs. Also better communication to your customers.

I ordered gas nearly two weeks ago. They never delivered it. Requested my money be refunded. They said it would be in 2 to 7 days. That was well over a week ago & it still hasn't been refunded. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, the media, ^ a lawyer! I am not playing with these people!

Ordered gas online because automated phone service is in operable. Ordered gas 8 days ago and almost out. Paid for gas and still no delivery still no way to get a hold of them. Local office doors locked. No response from emails would like a refund to purchase gas elsewhere.
