I have been a client of State Farm since March of 1992. In 2011 before Chad become my agent I seriously considered leaving State Farm.
Actually, I had told one of the office representatives that I was taking my business somewhere else.
When Chad found out that I was leaving he called me, after our conversation my husband and I decided to give him a chance.
That is one decision I don’t regret making. A few years ago my husband passed way; I had no clue what to do with his life insurance.
I made an appointment with his office representative to get a few ideas of what to do. Chad explained several options to me that would benefit me the most according to my needs. There where so many decisions that needed to be made and Chad was more than ready to help.
I could never express how much that meant to me .
When I call Chad’s office they know me by name and are very knowledgeable to any question I might have.
Chad is my agent for life!

This past week, I called State Farm browsing for Renters & Car Insurance. Morgan picked up and was very sweet, thoughtful, and made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at and why. She showed me what the renters insurance did as well as what the car insurance covered. Even though I hadn’t made a decision, the hospitality that Morgan and State Farm gave me made such a huge difference.
