Notice the recent reviews are terrible. I don't take time to write extensive review, but this needed to be read by this town. This place was bought out by a so-called corporation 3 years ago and ever since it's been downhill from what I hear around town. The business doesn't even bother changing the name of the inscribed on the side of the building. Sad.This place is the definition of unprofessional. The managers don't know what they are doing and when I called corporate, they are also staring at each other. The ATM is always offline and keeps eating my card. When it's down, I have to take time to go to the other north branch. Very cumbersome.Overdrafts are a constant struggle, and they are probably making profits from all the overdrafts I paid.Online banking is mental gymnastics and I'm getting kicked out all the time. I can't get in to access my account and this can be difficult when I have to pay a bill.I don't mean to play this card just take this info as you will, but I notice there is no one of color and they are all women in there. Both places! We are in 21st century! What happened to equal opportunity? In all in all, the locals I've spoken to told me this was a great place to bank at years ago but now you see a new face every week at the drive through. I would say save your time and conduct your business elsewhere. You have other local branches that are local and support the local economy.

Worst bank ever, I promise save yourself the hassle and go to Region's. Overdraft fees for every charge over instead of just not charging the card, and good luck closing your account I've closed mine 2x now after paying countless overdraft fees for checks that were sent out after I closed my account, only to recieve yet another piece a mail today saying I owe for the service fee for the account, but when I tried to close the account day's before this their doors were closed and I was told I couldn't complete the closing process over the phone. I promise you ANY BANK is better than this one..

I've been a customer for over forty years and have always enjoyed a great relationship with this bank and especially the awesome people that have worked there and continue to! Our sons are now the 3rd generation of Spences to bank here.
