Just purchased a 2024 F-150 and I must say Carson McClish made this the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Not only did he do everything he said he would he did it quickly and communicated every step along the way! I got a great deal on a great truck, never stepped foot in the dealership and the truck was delivered to my door. Highly recommend!

I just bought a new 2024 F150 from Red River Ford in Wynne. I can't thank Nate Steel enough for a great experience. He listened to my wants and addressed them quickly to get me a great deal on a brand new truck.
The only time I had to physically go to the dealership was to sign the paperwork and pick up my truck. We handled everything else over the phone or via text message. I contacted them on a Friday with what I was looking for and by Monday evening, we had a deal in place and financing approved.
Buying a car is usually a pain, but the fine folks at Red River Ford in Wynne made it as smooth as it could be. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Ask for Nate and I assure you that he will go over and above to make sure you are satisfied with your experience.

Had an appointment at 8am to check vibration while driving they didn't start until 11 then asked me to come to show them what I was talking about... nope if I have to show you then I'll take it somewhere else! The service guy talked to me like I was stupid. I've never had a problem until today but Chuck will not touch another of my vehicles.

Don't pre-order a car through here. They DO NOT follow up (even tho they say they have to) and a year and half later they will get the vehicle for you but by ordering again so they say but it's the same car but $5000 more. Nice try!!! Don't waste your time here.

Trash dealership! I broke down in Forrest city, had truck towed to Wynne, general manager told me I need a differential and there were only 3 in the “WHOLE” United States and it was going to take five days to deliver! Quoted me $7900 for a used one! And over $11,500 for entire job! Obviously they were going to buy low and sell high! This place is a rip off! Trashhhhhh
